Location- Noida / Hyderabad - From Office & Mumbai - WFH ( 2 days from office)

Experience - 2-7 Years of experience in (min 2 years in Web3 / Crypto is must.)


Role:

As a Product Marketing Lead you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and adoption of our blockchain solution on Real World Asset Tokenization/Exchange Platform . You deeply understand the new age target audience’s everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how the product helps solve UHNI & Retail customer problems. Through close collaborations with Business & Marketing Team, and Product Developers, this you will shape effective marketing content and drive community growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with Marketing and product teams to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and industry segments to expand the company's footprint. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the WEB3 space.
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop innovative tactics to drive lead generation paid marketing, referral, and advertising programs.
  • Customer Segmentation: Conduct research to identify and understand key B2B customer segments, their pain points, and preferences to tailor marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Product Led Onboarding: Design and Optimize product led onboarding experiences for B2B customers, leveraging self-service resources, tutorials, and in-house product guidelines.


Qualifications

  • 4-6 years’ experience in Product marketing with B2B SAAS companies, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
  • Preferable experience in Exchange/Tokenization platforms and applications in SAAS landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
