Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage all liaison activities with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and private stakeholders.
Lead the process of drafting, negotiating, and finalizing joint venture (JV) agreements and other business contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal frameworks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Monitor and ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of agreements and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.
Conduct market research to identify potential JV opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all liaison and JV-related activities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in liaisoning, agreements, and joint ventures, preferably in (relevant industry).
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for agreements and joint ventures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with the EPC or renewable energy sectors.
Proficiency in contract management tools and software.
Strong networking capabilities with government and private stakehold
