Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage all liaison activities with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and private stakeholders.
- Lead the process of drafting, negotiating, and finalizing joint venture (JV) agreements and other business contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal frameworks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of agreements and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential JV opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all liaison and JV-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in liaisoning, agreements, and joint ventures, preferably in [relevant industry].
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for agreements and joint ventures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
