Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is a leading player in the (industry/sector, e.g., EPC, solar, etc.), committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Liaisoning and JV Manager to join our team in Bhubaneswar to drive strategic partnerships and agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage all liaison activities with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and private stakeholders.- Lead the process of drafting, negotiating, and finalizing joint venture (JV) agreements and other business contracts.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal frameworks.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.- Monitor and ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of agreements and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.- Conduct market research to identify potential JV opportunities and strategic partnerships.- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all liaison and JV-related activities.- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in liaisoning, agreements, and joint ventures, preferably in (relevant industry).- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for agreements and joint ventures.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the EPC or renewable energy sectors.- Proficiency in contract management tools and software.- Strong networking capabilities with government and private stakehold
