Role & responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage maintenance and infrastructure-related projects from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and government norms.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and prepare regular status reports.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, especially MSRDC and other government authorities.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E.) – Mandatory

  • Master's degree in Engineering (M.E.) – Mandatory

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in engineering or infrastructure domains

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in maintenance projects

  • Language Proficiency:

  • Must be fluent in Marathi (speaking, reading, and writing)

  • Additional Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the workings of the Maharashtra Government, especially in relation to public infrastructure projects

  • Preferred:

  • Prior experience working with MSRDC (Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation)
