Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles including software developers, engineers, product managers, and other tech-related positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality technical talent.
- Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Partner with HR and leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Recruitment Process:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting events.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Reporting:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with active and passive candidate sourcing.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience using different hiring channels and platforms. Especially LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in effective selling and pitching of software product brands to right candidates through in-house recruitment or agency hiring.
- Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness.
- Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, academic institutions and other sources of great candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
