Position: Manager- Digital Marketing

Exp. : 7-8 years of Exp. in a hands-on digital marketing role

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage overall digital marketing strategy and budget aligned with business goals.

  2. Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms with constant focus on ROI and CAC.

  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and overall digital KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM data.

  4. Create and manage content for all Social Media (SMM) channels.

  5. End-to-end management of Event Participation including finalization of stall layout.

  6. Oversee the company websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

  7. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop engaging digital assets.

  8. Manage external agencies and vendors (ORM, PR, Digital Marketing, Newspaper Publication, and Email Marketing) to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.

  2. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

  3. Excellent communication and project management skills.
