Job DescriptionCandidate shall manage all the assets under management of IBV India at RJ, GJ & CG Cluster and ensure the plant performance by managing Contractors and also ensure customer satisfaction, in line with Agreement. Perform following functions including but not limited to: CRM: - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customers in all operational site of RJ,CG and GJ. Monthly Meeting with Customers to understand their requirement and taking to the closer within stipulated timeline in coordination with different Stakeholders. Coordinating with operational site managers and respective DISOMS for getting monthly customer JMR, Invoice Submission and billing adjustment. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly report for customers. Submission of Annual Generation Report as per O&M agreement to all Customers. Coordinating with customer and insurance company for all insurance claim settlement. Timely coordinating with accounts team to raise O&M Invoice and collection of payments from customers as per O&M agreements. O&M: - Tracking performance of O&M Contractors and Sub-Contractors as per O&M agreement. Monitoring and tracking all daily routine activities like module cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance across all operational sites in RJ. Daily Monitoring of plant performance as per target generation. Regular operational site visits to assess site conditions and keep update to Management. Creation of Punchlist during site observation and make action plan with contractors for closer. Coordinating in HOTO process from Project to O&M with Contractors, create Punchlist and coordinate with Projects, Engineering and quality team for closer. All Inventory, Spare Management across all O&M sites and keep update to management for any shortfall. Coordination with OEMs for Warranty Management, escalation and early closer of issues. Support Site team for all technical issues arises during operational activities. Your Experience: Understanding of PV system design, operation, and key commercial and business drivers. Knowledge of electrical components/ system design, identification of right specification according to the project specification as per the standards. Knowledgeable in the systems, processes, and protocols guiding the operations and maintenance of PV solar plants and electrical systems for seamless operation of small, medium and large Solar Projects Contractors Development, Management, Invoice processing and statutory compliances. Customer Relationship Management, invoicing, collection, conducting regular meetings, site visits for resolution of technical queries Having managed such portfolio, flexible in working and having ability to manage challenging situation. QualificationsEducational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferably from Institute of repute. Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant & prior experience in Solar Project Development (Approvals and Permits related) Technical Expertise : Having worked at site and managed O&M, and experience in Contract Management. Efficient in MIS and MS Office Preferred Attributes: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and authorities.
