Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated UiPath Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing automation solutions using UiPath, with experience in Production Support. Knowledge of UiPath Test Studio is an added plus. As a UiPath Developer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supporting automation processes to improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

Production Support:

  • Monitor and support existing automation processes, ensuring their smooth operation and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows promptly.
  • Implement changes and updates to existing processes based on feedback and new requirements.

Enhancements and New Development:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enhancements.
  • Develop and implement new automation processes as required by business needs.

Testing:

  • Utilize UiPath Test Studio to design and execute test cases for automation workflows.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience as a UiPath Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in Production Support for automation processes.
  • Familiarity with UiPath Test Studio is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio and other UiPath components (Orchestrator, Robots, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of RPA best practices and methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

  • Regular Indian Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with an overlap with the onsite team from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
