Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in strategic marketing , brand management , and go-to-market (GTM) strategies , with hands-on experience in developing marketing collaterals , implementing STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) frameworks, and managing the marketing mix . This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support go-to-market strategies , STP, and marketing planning
- Manage brand consistency and improve market visibility
- Drive product positioning and optimize the marketing mix (4Ps)
- Create and manage marketing collaterals (brochures, decks, content)
- Execute and track multi-channel campaigns and events
- Analyze marketing performance and report key metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- At least 2 years of experience
