Designation – Admin and Travel Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facility Executive with a strong understanding of travel and transport operations. The Facility Executive will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our company's facilities, with a

particular focus on travel-related infrastructure and transport logistics.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate facility operations while ensuring optimal travel and transport arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Travel and Transport Management:Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and travel-related logistics.Ensure compliance with travel policies, budgetary constraints, and travel security measures.Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to negotiate favorable rates and service agreements.Monitor and track travel expenses, prepare travel reports, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.Stay updated with travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices to implement improvements in travel management processes.Facility Management

:Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company's facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring service quality, and resolving any issues that may arise.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards, compliance issues, and necessary repairs or improvements.Data ManagementMaintaining day to day records on Pantry Consumables, Printing and Stationary.Maintaining data and preparing Weekly/Monthly and Yearly Facility Dashboards.Helping Internship coordinator for maintain records of the candidates.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook.Proven experience in facility management, preferably with a focus on travel and transport operations.Strong knowledge of travel industry practices, including booking systems, travel security, and expense management.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Package – as per industry standard; salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
