We are seeking a Business Development Manager (IT Staffing & Executive Searching) with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Admin Looks.


Main Focused will be in the following:


  1. Executive Searching/Top Executive Hiring Business collaborations
  2. IT Consulting/IT Staff Augmentation


Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment Sales, IT Staffing Sales, Executive Search Sales, and Business Development
  • Strong expertise in Contract Staffing Sales and IT Sales
  • Proven track record in IT Staff Augmentation Sales and Recruitment Business Development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service
