Ea Admin Executive

The responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain proper records, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data of meetings
- Monitoring office supplies and assets and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs as and when required
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Must-Have Skills:
- Graduate in any management or related field.
- Past experience of EA or admin assistant/executive
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Time-management skills
- Communication
- Critical thinking
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
