Admin Executive/executive Assistant

_**Responsibilities**:_
Maintain a calendar by scheduling conferences, depositions, and meetings.
Knowledge of drafting type minutes/drafting circular/complaints letter and so on.
Organize all property documents and ensure they are updated.
Should have sound knowledge of searching Property related documents as per different states.
Research and authenticate important case information.
Should perform daily routine tasks in the admin deptt assigned by the management.
Prepare different documents related to working contracts, sale deeds, purchase deeds, lease deeds, etc.
- **Requirements**:_
Graduation or post-graduation is a must or equivalent qualification required. Age should between 30-35 yrs (only Male)
A minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in a similar role.
(Admin or Executive Assistant role or working in NBFC as admin assistant who want to work in admin
Sound knowledge of documents of property and terminology.
Skilled with MS Excel, Power points, Words package.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Good Business communication with written and verbal skills.
Frequent travelling is required for this profile hence, open to travel.
He should be from NCR or the nearby area of Central Delhi to commute.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
