Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai (Onsite)

Position Description: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Locobuzz, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients. Leveraging our advanced CX management suite, you'll analyze client needs, initiate conversations, and cultivate relationships to drive business growth. Your efforts will be instrumental in helping brands overcome engagement and retention challenges while optimizing their customer experience journeys.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client needs and demonstrate how Locobuzz addresses their engagement and retention challenges effectively.
  • Utilize various channels including phone, email, research, and social media to generate leads and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Follow up on leads diligently and conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects in both domestic and international markets.
  • Identify key buying influencers within target prospects to understand budget and timeline constraints.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with prospects to progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to nurture and expand the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to capitalize on inbound leads and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Manage client data in CRM systems like Salesforce, ensuring accurate information and timely documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and prospecting roles, preferably in a SAAS/B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot for managing client data and tracking sales activities.
  • Strong data mining and data analysis skills to identify potential leads and opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with prospects and convey value propositions effectively.
