  • Fostering culture of internal mobility to offer career advancement opportunities
  • Designing strategic talent solutionsas per business requirements for talent pools
  • Performance Managementat enterprise level encompassing goal-setting, mid-year reviewsand annual-appraisalalong with PIPs
  • Redesigning policy documentsand guidelines for appraisalsacross the organization along with conducting education sessions
  • Driving engagement surveyat enterprise level, analyzing results & executing action plans
  • Conducting talent analytics and leveraging workforce analytics for data-driven strategy
  • Strategizing to improve productivityby encouraging employees to develop their capabilities
