Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

· Recruitment and Onboarding:

·

· Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.

· Conduct reference and background checks.

· Prepare offer letters and other hiring documentation.

· Organize and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.

Employee Records and Administration:

· Maintain and update the employee database with accurate information.

· Manage HR filing systems and ensure data is up-to-date.

· Handle termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.

Payroll and Benefits:

· Assist with payroll processing and resolve related errors.

· Track employee attendance and leave.

· Serve as a point of contact for benefit vendors and process inquiries.

Employee Relations and Support:

· Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies.

· Assist with employee grievances and complaints.

· Act as a liaison between employees and management.

Reporting and Coordination:

· Generate reports on HR activities and performance.

· Coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.

· Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.

· Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

· Education: An Associate's degree in a related field may be required.
