Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, managing interviews and selection processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, conduct candidate screenings, and maintain a database of potential candidates. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will be involved in employer branding activities and recruitment-related events.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
  • Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
  • Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
