About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Promote employer branding initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
