Your new role – challengingand future-oriented

In your new role youwill be responsible for:

·Responsible for handling of customer inspection& FAT for Local as well as Export Customers.

·Process level documentation and recordkeeping.

·Review of Routine test reports and share it withthe customers and execution team.

·Daily testing planning, Capacity planning andcontrol as per turnover target.

·Organize, monitor, and control the testing arearegarding assigning employees, working procedures, material, processes, andtools, so safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

·Provide support to technicians by coordinatinganswers to technical and quality questions. Coordinate actions with supportfunctions to resolve issues.

·Monitor key performance indicators forworkstations. Take the corrective actions for the failures during testing.

·Conduct meetings with respective team members.Discuss the status of production operations. Inform team about safety issues& quality issues.

·Participate in 5S audits, and Safety Meetings.

·Plan, assign and assist in the training anddevelopment of employees. Track progress by updating the skills matrix andtraining plans.

·Organize, lead, and execute improvement projectsand activities.

·Monitor employee performance. Conduct growthtalks.

·Handling of internal & external ISO audit.(Documentation, processes, employee trainings)

·Candidate must be flexible to work in all threeshifts.

·Candidate shouldbe an Electrical Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in High voltage testingof products. Preferably for High Voltage instrument transformers.

·English Language– Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal communicationskills to communicate and interact effectively as a leader for the facility andassigned production area

·EnvironmentalHealth and Safety (EHS)– Knowledge of environmental health and safetyregulations and procedures.

·LeanManufacturing – Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques foroptimizing processes and eliminating waste
