Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create, optimize, and maintain FPGA-based solutions for ultra-low latency trading systems.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with software engineers and traders to integrate FPGA solutions with existing trading infrastructure.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize and tune FPGA designs for speed, power, and area to achieve the lowest possible latency.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop and implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Innovation: Continuously research and implement cutting-edge FPGA technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the HFT space.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in FPGA design, Verilog/VHDL programming, and hardware debugging.
  • Knowledge Base: Familiarity with high-speed, low-latency design techniques and understanding of trading system architecture.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in FPGA development, ideally within the finance or HFT industry.
  • Software Skills: Experience with C/C++ and Python for hardware-software integration.
