Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets of the assigned area through strategic planning, client visits, customer interactions, effective demonstrations, and strong relationship management.
  2. Prepare and share Pipeline Reports with RSM, highlighting upcoming business opportunities.
  3. Continuously scan the market to identify new business leads through builders, architects, fabricators, and active residential/commercial projects.
  4. Generate leads from internal team members and industry networks to expand business prospects.
  5. Conduct site visits to identify key decision-makers and build strong business relationships.
  6. Secure appointments with architects, builders, and fabricators; deliver effective product demonstrations to influence buying decisions.
  7. Handle customer queries efficiently, providing convincing rebuttals and highlighting company USPs.
  8. Coordinate with the Sales Coordination team for quotations and ensure timely submission to clients.
  9. Follow up with clients on quotations, ensuring conversions and closures.
  10. Conduct competitor analysis, track market trends, and effectively position company products as superior solutions.
  11. Maintain regular reports (Sales Pipeline, Orders, Architect Meetings, Tenders) as per set timelines for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Building Materials / Construction industry).
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
