Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records of billing activities for construction projects.
  • Generate MIS reports for billing status, receivables, and project financials.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for billing inputs and approvals.
  • Ensure billing is aligned with contract terms and approved BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Support audits and provide documentation related to billing and MIS.
  • Implement improvements in billing processes and MIS reporting tools.

Who are we looking for?
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and construction billing software.
  • Understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, and project billing cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in billing and MIS roles within the construction industry.

Critical Skills:

  • Experience with project-based billing and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and site reporting systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
