Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely collection of data from sites through the Safety First Portal.
  • Assist in preparing Executive Summaries and Monthly Performance Updates for all projects.
  • Review and finalise the Monthly Near Miss Report for circulation across projects.
  • Collate data related to IR (Incident Reporting) reports.
  • Monitor the performance of the Safety First Portal, identify errors, and resolve them in coordination with the IT team and vendor.
  • Coordinate with site teams for user and project mapping in the Safety First Portal.
  • Identify improvement areas in the Safety First Portal to ensure smooth application functioning.
  • Assist in identifying safety award providers and conduct a pros-and-cons evaluation.
  • Conduct Quarterly Safety Audits as per the audit schedule and review compliance with observations.
  • Maintain safety records in line with ISO 45001:2018 requirements for external audits.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance.
  • Participate in accident investigations and assist in developing reports.
  • Participation in Accident Investigation and asst in developing report.

Who are we looking for?

Educational Qualification:

  • Basic qualification: Degree or diploma in engineering preferably civil, mechanical and electrical
  • Professional qualifications: Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety; min one year duration from State Board of Technical Exam, recognized under State Factories Rules / BOCW Central Rules or Diploma in Construction Safety Management from NICMAR.
  • ISO 45001: 2018 certified Lead Auditor

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in construction industry.

Critical Skills:

  • Collaboration, Effective Communication, and strong Functional Knowledge.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Skilled in preparing impactful presentations and reports.
  • Proficient in handling and managing the Safety Portal.
