**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. MIS & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain various reports, including sales, operational performance, and task completion.
- Track key business metrics and assist in weekly review processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.

**2. Hiring & Recruitment Support**:

- Post job advertisements on platforms like Indeed.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule personal interviews.

**3. Operational Coordination**:

- Track task completion for weekly review meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, operations, or recruitment (freshers with strong skills can apply).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Employment Type**:

- Full-time, Work-from-office (Location: Masjid Bunder East, Mumbai)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
