We bring together architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions — from concept to completion.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an HR Manager to lead human resources operations and support our growing multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, drive engagement, and help nurture ArchPro’s creative, collaborative work culture.Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes.- Implement HR policies, payroll coordination, and attendance systems.- Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.- Maintain compliance with labour laws and organizational standards.- Support management in workforce planning and organizational growth.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.- 2–5 years of HR experience (creative / design / construction / tech industry preferred).- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- Experience with HR software or digital tools is a plus.
