Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business goals.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Coordinate with Project managers to allocate suitable resources to client projects based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.- Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilisation of employees across multiple projects.- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and career development plans.- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organisational policies.- Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.- Support training and development programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of employees.- Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.Required Skills & Qualifications:- MBA/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.- Proven experience as HR Manager/Lead in an IT services firm.- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and project-based resourcing.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
