This is a remote, unpaid internship, providing you with the chance to work closely with industry leaders and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-ups.Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).Conduct research on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks and projects.Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with recruitment software or ATS is a plus but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
