Location: CCW (Chandrapur Zone, Maharashtra) CTC: 12 LPAWe are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager Aggregates to lead sales operations in the Chandrapur Zone. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the construction and building materials sector, with proven expertise in driving both project and retail sales. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, strong client engagement, and hands-on execution to ensure consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets. This will involve developing effective sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and driving lead generation through dealers, builders, contractors, and PMCs. You will also play a crucial role in nurturing long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.The role will require you to actively monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, and provide insights to shape pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns. You will strategize and implement business development initiatives and promotional activities, positioning the companys products as a preferred choice in the region.Operationally, you will support sales order processing, payment collections, and timely follow-ups, ensuring seamless customer service and alignment with financial objectives. Your local market knowledge will be key in strengthening the companys footprint and achieving sustainable growth in the Chandrapur zone.
Desired Candidate Profile
10–15 years of sales and marketing experience in Construction, RMC, Cement, Aggregates, or Building Materials.Degree or Diploma in Engineering.Strong exposure to both project sales and retail sales.Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Excellent understanding of the Chandrapur market landscape.This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growth-driven industry while working closely with a strong leadership team.
