Location: Chandrapur (Nearest Metro/Town) CTC: 30 LPAExperience: 10-15 years Reports To: CEOWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head State to lead and expand our operations in the assigned region. This is a strategic leadership position with complete responsibility for driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market presence. The role requires a seasoned leader with strong business acumen, proven experience in managing state-level operations, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Head will be accountable for end-to-end business performance, ensuring that operations meet the highest standards of efficiency, compliance, and profitability. A core part of the role is to ensure EHS compliance across manufacturing and logistics, while also maintaining strict product quality standards and driving manufacturing efficiency within allocated budgets.You will oversee sales and revenue targets, track profitability, and ensure sustainable business growth. This includes monitoring competitor activity, analyzing pricing strategies, and recommending tactical and strategic actions to maintain competitiveness. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies, strengthening market relationships with clients, distributors, contractors, and key stakeholders.Leadership is central to this role. You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to labor, regulatory, and reporting requirements will also be a major focus.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.1015 years of leadership experience in Aggregates, Building Materials, or RMC industries.At least 5 years of direct P&L ownership.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to drive business growth, manage large teams, and navigate regulatory environments.This role offers an excellent opportunity for a visionary leader to shape state-level operations and contribute significantly to the companys overall growth trajectory.
