Job Summary:

Skayka Pvt Ltd is looking for the Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of their manager's office. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized, and adaptable professional who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and act as a gatekeeper and trusted representative, freeing up the manager's time to focus on strategic initiatives and core responsibilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Solar Knowledge and technical knowledge required.

  • Calendar & Schedule Management:

Proactively manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and important events, while managing access to the manager.

  • Travel & Logistics:

Arrange and book all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa processing.

  • Communication Management:

Screen calls and emails, serve as a primary point of contact, and draft correspondence and other documents.

  • Meeting & Event Coordination:

Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate event logistics, and record minutes and action points for various meetings and functions.

  • Document & Information Management:

Create, compile, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.

  • Research & Information Gathering:

Conduct research on various topics as requested by the manager.

  • Administrative Systems:

Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems to ensure efficiency.

  • Expense Management:

Collect, organize, and file business and travel expenses.

  • Miscellaneous Tasks:

Undertake any other miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, adapting to changing needs and sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Organizational Skills:

Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records.

  • Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact professionally with internal and external clients.

  • Discretion & Professionalism:

Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

  • Technical Proficiency:

Competence with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and database management.

  • Proactiveness & Initiative:

A self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to prevent problems.

  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving:

Flexibility to handle changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills:

Professionalism and diplomacy when dealing with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
