About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide remote support to the company's directors. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with a proven track record of managing complex schedules, handling confidential correspondence, and delivering high-level personal and administrative support.
This is a remote position, but occasional travel may be required. You must be available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for company directors.
- Travel Planning: Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and meeting logistics.
- Email Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage email communications with high attention to detail and professionalism.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing directors' social media presence as needed.
- Personal Errands & Administrative Tasks: Provide support with personal tasks and daily operations as required.
- Project Management: Assist in tracking progress on ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Task Coordination: Handle various ad-hoc tasks as a reliable Personal Assistant to the directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools and ability to multitask effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Available to start immediately.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives or company directors.
- Ability to travel if required (occasionally).
- Familiarity with online calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
- Social media management experience.
