Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service. This role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing information and assistance during their stay. The Front Office Executive ensures that all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Handle billing, payments, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow standard operating procedures and security protocols.
- Record and relay messages accurately to guests and staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, Fidelio) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
