Responsibilities

*Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers

*Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial information

*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

*Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting

*Process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payroll

*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)

*Perform internal audits and assist with external audit processes

*Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

*Manage tax filings, payments, and documentation

*Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all financial transactions.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

*Proven experience (2+ years) as an Accountant or in a similar role

*Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

*Proficiency in accounting software

*Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, Tally)

*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

*Strong organizational and time management skills

*Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely

*CPA certification (preferred or required, depending on seniority)
