Job Summary
You will be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our client base, foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver customized recruitment solutions that meet client needs. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a passion for sales and business growth within the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client portfolio.
Conduct research to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for recruitment services.
Build a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to strengthen relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals effectively.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Provide feedback to leadership on market insights to refine service offerings and strategies.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Communicate client requirements and expectations effectively to internal teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
Education: Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Upto 2 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or client management.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a knack for building rapport with clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
