Job Summary

You will be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our client base, foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver customized recruitment solutions that meet client needs. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a passion for sales and business growth within the recruitment industry.


Key Responsibilities


Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client portfolio.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for recruitment services.
  • Build a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to strengthen relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals effectively.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market insights to refine service offerings and strategies.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Communicate client requirements and expectations effectively to internal teams to ensure alignment.


Requirements

  • Education: Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Upto 2 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or client management.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
