Role summary:

Job Title: Associate Manager / Manager - Public Relations

Location: Gurgaon

Sub business: Dentsu Creative(Perfect Relations)

Total experience in PR needed: 3-5 Years

Verticals - Automobile & Aviation/ Defence background, other

Key Accountabilities:

Client Servicing and Retention

- Evaluating Service quality by maintaining client liaison, drafting communication documents for the client

-Briefing network team on client activity and ensuring its success

-Media Delivery management

- Ensuring preparing and implementation of plans

- Media Relationship management

- Media database management

- Collections as per contract terms and conditions

- Creating wow factor for the client & the team

- Ensuring 1 big idea per client every quarter

Team Management

- Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving client service delivery

- Reviewing team performance on client

- Team engagement and motivation

- Identifying training needs and intimating the Senior Manager for further action and plan

New Business Development

- Driving revenue through VAS

- Helping the Senior Image Manager with NBD presentation and ideation
