About this position

As an Associate Project Manager at Squareboat, you'll have endless opportunities to execute on roadmaps spanning multiple web and mobile products with a young, smart, and passionate team of developers and designers. 

What are you going to do?

Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 8-10 active client projects, exhibiting senior-level ownership over all client meetings, written status updates, demos, and iterative scope / expectation management. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects working with customers on a daily basis Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet with customers to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project Delegate project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of projects Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other members in the team Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

You need to have:

Well-versed with SDLC, Agile methodologies and modern day technologies such as PHP, React, Flutter, Node, AWS, Cloud architectures etc. Good overall understanding of design, software development, testing, deployments etc. Excellent written and verbal client-facing and internal communication skills Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 1+ Years of coding experience required.
