Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
BTL Activation Executive
to plan, coordinate, and execute pop-up stalls, kiosks, and brand activations at malls, residential areas, and high-footfall locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in on-ground marketing and event setup, with a knack for logistics and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage pop-up stalls, kiosks, and promotional booths at various locations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, mall authorities, and event partners for smooth execution.
  • Ensure branding, materials, and equipment are properly installed and maintained.
  • Supervise on-site staff and promoters during activations.
  • Handle real-time troubleshooting and logistics during activations.
  • Report post-activation performance and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in BTL marketing, event setup, or field operations.
  • Willingness to travel across locations and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with mall activations or pop-up stalls is a plus.
