Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Marketing Executive to lead our brand's
visibility and engagement efforts, with a strong emphasis on BTL activities (90%) and ATL (10%). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in BTL campaign planning and execution, along with a strategic approach to ATL initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

BTL

  1. Plan and execute BTL activities such as trade shows, dealer meets, product launches,
    in-store promotions, wall painting.

  2. Develop and manage vendor and agency relationships for BTL campaigns.

  3. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment of BTL activities with sales
    objectives.

  4. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL activities, making data-driven
    adjustments for optimal ROI.

  5. Ensure timely delivery and execution of all BTL materials and activities.

  6. Innovate and experiment with new BTL strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Cross-Functional:

  1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine
    marketing strategies.

  2. Work closely with the product, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure
    consistent brand messaging across touchpoints.

  3. Manage budgets effectively for BTL and ATL activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
