Role Overview-
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage regional business operations, and build strong client relationships for our luxury interior solutions. This role requires exceptional sales leadership, an understanding of high-ticket customer psychology, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities-
- Drive revenue growth in the assigned region by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with HNIs, architects, designers, and industry influencers.
- Lead a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs and positioning Artius as their preferred luxury interior partner.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Mentor, guide, and manage the regional sales team to deliver consistent performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business strategy.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Desired Skillset-
- Proven experience in selling luxury or high-ticket products/services (real estate, luxury retail, premium automobiles, interiors, financial services, hospitality, etc.).
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with a track record of closing large-value deals.
- Excellent relationship management and networking ability with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Team leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- High level of business acumen, customer orientation, and adaptability.
Qualifications-
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/regional leadership role.
- Exposure to luxury segment or high-value sales is preferred.
