Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage our companys online presence and drive engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook etc. The role involves creating engaging content, posting job advertisements, designing posters, and promoting our brand to attract clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Regularly post job advertisements and recruitment updates
  • Design and create posters, graphics, and promotional materials (using tools like Canva/Photoshop)
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies to boost engagement and visibility
  • Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated on social media trends and apply them effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop or similar tools)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Creative mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
Salary Range: 10,000 – 13,000 per month
