The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for sales and distribution teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and deliver training programs for agency sales teams. Conduct induction programs for new agents and refresher programs for existing agents. Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales and HR teams to identify training needs and skill gaps. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes. Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives through training. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in training, preferably in Life Insurance. Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to engage and motivate a diverse team of agents. Good knowledge of Life Insurance products, regulations, and sales processes. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Preferred: Experience in agency channel training.
