Manage a team of service engineers

Manage day to day Service tickets and ensure timely completion of Service tasks

Training and retention of Service team

Creation of Process to ensure smooth functioning of Service Centre

Customer Interaction, feedback and Customer Satisfaction

Manage Availability of Product and spares stock and Upkeep of inward and outward stock system

Billing and invoicing system Management

Onboarding of Service engineers, trainers

Quality Process Management

Ensure timely delivery of Serviced products following Service ticketing process.

Coordination with Customer care agents and service engineers.

Overall deep knowledge about electronic systems, Repairs and warranty policies.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
