Job title: Customer onboarding and support executive/Customer Success associate.We are looking for an onboarding and support specialist who will be responsible for onboard trains and support customers for Sales Panda.Roles and ResponsibilitiesWalk through and train clients in software platform and provide education for all product features and process.Develop a deep knowledge of our support bundle and other solutionsPartner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through phone live chat and emailsHelp customer to navigate through the application/toolDiagnose software issues and engage with our product and engineering team using established processProvide support our customer base to help them make most of our support suiteCommunicate thoughtful, personalized solutions to help customers to move forward and our businessCollaborate with our internal team and account ownersIdentify new opportunities of our existing customers to make the most of our platforms and avoid roadblocksShow composure, zeal and flexibility to tackle case volumes and upcoming questions.Required Skills and ExperienceOrganized, detail oriented, ability to work independently and with the teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills6 months-1 year experience preferably for software application.Full time graduation is mandatory.Employment Type: Full Time, 5 days a week (Sunday fixed week off and one rotational week off except Saturday)Job Location: Nehru Place, New DelhiVisit  to know more about us.
