You will collaborate with various departments to assess financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance profitability. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to provide insights on business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial results and enhance operational efficiency. Identify and mitigate financial risks through careful analysis and strategic recommendations. Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance against targets. Support decision-making processes by providing actionable financial insights. Lead the development of financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. Required Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant 3+ years of experience in financial management or business finance roles. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
