About AppsforBharat:
We are developing a range of mobile and web apps that will holistically address the devotional and spiritual needs of our users. Our first app (Sri Mandir) was launched in November 2020 — this app is at the intersection of spiritual offerings and gaming, and with that, we are moving a large offline behaviour online. It already has 3+ million Monthly Active Users with a 4.8 rating on Google Play Store.
Position: Operations Associate
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Associate to oversee day-to-day operations and strategy implementation within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of every process, focusing on optimizing and enhancing efficiency through implementing new processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand and optimize existing processes while introducing new ones to improve efficiency.
Lead and coordinate with field teams, continuously evaluating field operations and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance business unit performance.
Drive projects aimed at optimizing key performance metrics for the business.
Collaborate with the central operations team to ensure operational efficiency on the ground.
Facilitate coordination between Hub teams, content and design teams, and the Customer Support team.
Additionally, the successful candidate will leverage insights from interpreting Deities, Vedas, and Religion, understanding their symbolic significance, and integrating this knowledge into the broader operational strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Understanding the cultural and symbolic aspects of Deities, Vedas, and Religion is a plus.
