About: - Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of app development projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines - Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate and work closely with the product, revenue, and analytics teams to align app development goals with broader business strategies - Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating status updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations - Data-driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to monitor project performance, identify improvement areas, and make informed decisions that optimize app features and functionalities - Risk Management: Identify potential risks or roadblocks and implement effective mitigation strategies - Timeline & Resource Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, effectively managing resources and timelines across teams Qualifications: - Experience: 4 to 7 years of program/project management experience, preferably in managing app based business categories/Revenue or Growth charters for online business along with experience in optimizing product funnels to deliver key business outcomes - Analytics Expertise: Strong proficiency in analytics tools and frameworks (e.G., Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent). Ability to analyze data to drive project outcomes - Cross-functional Skills: Proven experience working with product management, design, engineering, and revenue teams to deliver seamless projects - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders - Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration across departments - Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues early and work through challenges efficiently to ensure project success
