We’re looking for a scrappy, ambitious, and highly organized **Influencer Marketing Specialist** to help us build and scale our influencer engine from the ground up. This is a **starter position**—perfect for someone who wants to break into growth marketing and is ready to hustle, learn fast, and make an impact.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to influencers, negotiating partnerships, and developing repeatable systems to turn influencer marketing into a performance channel.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Negotiation**: Communicate value, build relationships, and close deals with micro and mid-tier creators.
- **Coordination**: Manage deliverables, timelines, and expectations with signed influencers.
- **Tracking**: Maintain organized records of outreach, deals, content deadlines, and performance.
- **Scaling**: Help us create scalable systems and SOPs to grow this program efficiently.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our creative and paid teams to repurpose influencer content into high-performing ads.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A go-getter attitude with strong communication skills (you're not shy to DM 50 influencers a day).
- Basic understanding of social media trends and creator ecosystems.
- A deal-maker’s mindset—you can negotiate win-wins and keep things moving.
- Organized AF: You love a clean spreadsheet and can keep chaos under control.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like CreatorIQ, Modash, Influencity, or any influencer CRM.
