Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Staff member, located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Staff will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer experiences, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette. The role also involves addressing customer service issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining high standards of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
